Over Thanksgiving break I found a gingerbread house cookie cutter and knew I HAD to have it. This week I decided to make a few houses for a couple of friends. I also made gingerbread girls and one boy for each of their children. You can see the brown icing looks a little rough, that is why it is ALWAYS necessary to sift your powdered sugar. I will not be taking that short cut again!
I had to send the hubs out at 9 am for rainbow sprinkles. Rainbow sprinkles were absolutely, 100% necessary for the completion of gingerbread house cookies.
